What you will do
- Own the end-to-end experimentation lifecycle for the Zable app, establishing rigorous statistical standards and A/B testing frameworks to optimize user experience.
- Develop predictive models for churn risk and uplift modeling using Python to proactively inform product strategy and customer lifecycle management.
- Partner directly with Product and Engineering leadership to embed data-driven decision-making into the daily workflow and define key performance metrics.
