As the first dedicated Lifecycle Growth Manager at Hormona.io, you will build and scale the CRM function from the ground up. You’ll own the entire customer journey—from lead acquisition and activation to long-term retention—using data and creative messaging to drive engagement across email, push, and in-app channels for millions of users worldwide.

Hormona is a global women’s health and femtech company that develops digital tools and hardware to help women understand, monitor, and improve their hormonal health. Through its flagship hormone-tracking app, Hormona enables users to log menstrual cycles, symptoms, and overall wellbeing, then uses data and algorithmic analysis to identify patterns and provide personalized insights into hormone-related changes. The platform combines evidence-based content and expert-reviewed recommendations from endocrinologists, gynecologists, and nutritionists to support women in managing hormonal imbalances and living in sync with their cycles. In addition to the app, Hormona is developing at-home hormone testing devices, including an estrogen testing device, plus supplements and wellness tests, with the aim of offering real-time hormone tracking and personalized treatment and lifestyle plans for women worldwide.

What you will do

  • Design Lifecycle Journeys: Build and optimize complex, automated nurture and re-engagement flows using behavioral triggers across email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Write High-Impact Copy: Craft compelling CRM content and collaborate on UI/UX product copy that maintains a supportive, empathetic, and on-brand voice for health-conscious users.
  • Drive Growth Experiments: Lead the A/B testing roadmap for promotions and lifecycle stages, translating user behavior data into actionable insights to improve conversion and retention.

  • Experienced CRM Expert: You have 5+ years of experience in lifecycle or growth marketing, ideally within D2C subscription or consumer health and wellness sectors.
  • Technical Proficiency: You are hands-on with CRM platforms like Customer.io and have a deep understanding of behavioral segmentation, multi-channel orchestration, and funnel optimization.
  • Startup Mentality: You thrive in fast-paced environments, possess a "unicorn mentality" for problem-solving, and are energized by building processes and MVPs from scratch.
