Lead growth for subscription mobile apps, turning ideas into predictable revenue. You'll design growth playbooks, optimize funnels, and drive cross-functional initiatives across performance marketing, product, creative, and data. The platform leverages AI-led interviews, rich candidate profiles, and automated insights to streamline and accelerate the hiring process for both recruiters and job seekers, focusing on technical talent acquisition.

What you will do

  • Lead cross-functional growth initiatives across paid acquisition, creative, product, and analytics for our first apps.
  • Design and run go-to-market strategies, including ICPs, offers, messaging, funnels, and paywalls.
  • Partner with UA, Creative, Tech & Data to optimize media plans, generate winning concepts, and improve tracking/automation.

Who this is a fit for

  • 3+ years in performance marketing/growth for mobile apps or subscriptions (W2W/W2A).
  • Strong experience in creative strategy and funnel optimization (web and/or app).
  • Confident with numbers (cohort tables, CAC/ROAS, LTV) and a great communicator/project driver.
