What you will do
- Lead cross-functional growth initiatives across paid acquisition, creative, product, and analytics for our first apps.
- Design and run go-to-market strategies, including ICPs, offers, messaging, funnels, and paywalls.
- Partner with UA, Creative, Tech & Data to optimize media plans, generate winning concepts, and improve tracking/automation.
Who this is a fit for
- 3+ years in performance marketing/growth for mobile apps or subscriptions (W2W/W2A).
- Strong experience in creative strategy and funnel optimization (web and/or app).
- Confident with numbers (cohort tables, CAC/ROAS, LTV) and a great communicator/project driver.
