Role overview

As the first dedicated marketing hire, you will transform complex clinical AI capabilities into compelling narratives for NHS leaders and clinicians. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you’ll build the marketing function from scratch, establishing a content engine and messaging framework that defines a new category in healthcare productivity while driving inbound leads.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive messaging framework that resonates with clinicians, CIOs, and NHS procurement teams to drive category leadership.
  • Build a high-velocity content engine producing case studies, clinical whitepapers, LinkedIn thought leadership, and sales collateral that fuels the growth pipeline.
  • Collaborate directly with the founding team and clinical stakeholders to translate peer-reviewed research and technical milestones into bold, distinctive brand stories.

Who this is a fit for

  • 5–8 years of B2B marketing experience within the UK healthtech or regulated public sector landscape, with deep knowledge of NHS procurement cycles.
  • A versatile "full-stack" marketer who can pivot seamlessly between high-level strategic positioning and hands-on execution of copy and design.
  • Exceptional storytelling ability with a track record of turning technical clinical data into simple, persuasive narratives that cut through corporate noise.
