Role overview

As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will drive revenue by owning the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing deals. Joining an expanding New York team, you will target companies with 250-1,000 employees, using a self-starter approach to educate prospects on how to optimize professional connections and modernize relationship management workflows.

What you will do

  • Execute a high-volume outbound sales motion to identify and close new business opportunities within the mid-market segment.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, discovery calls, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate with product and growth teams to share market insights and help shape the future product roadmap based on customer feedback.

Who this is a fit for

  • 3-8 years of B2B sales experience with at least 2 years in a full-cycle closing role, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proven track record of consistent quota attainment and a strong ability to generate pipeline through cold outreach and prospecting.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and possesses the creative problem-solving skills needed to navigate an evolving sales landscape.
