People Lead at Stint Ltd

This high-autonomy role covers end-to-end recruitment, performance management, and culture-building as the company prepares for aggressive US expansion.

We started by building the UK’s largest flexible workforce of hyper-local students available for short 2–3 hour shifts, working with brands like PizzaExpress, Pret a Manger, Gails, and many more. Now, we’re combining that workforce with an AI tool – creating a platform that no competitor can replicate.

In just 10 months, our new AI software has surpassed £1m in ARR and we are on track to multiply that in the next 12 months. We are aggressively capturing the UK market, and international expansion is next - with plans to launch big in the US soon.

What you'll do

What you will do

  • Own the full employee lifecycle including performance management, employee relations, and strategic HR initiatives alongside recruitment.
  • Design and execute a structured, fast-moving hiring process from role scoping to onboarding to meet aggressive growth targets.
  • Proactively build talent pipelines and shape the employer brand to attract top-tier talent before hiring needs become urgent.

Who you are

Who this is a fit for

  • Has 3+ years of experience as an HRBP, People Manager, or Senior Recruiter ready to step into a leadership function.
  • Holds a degree from a Russell Group university or equivalent and possesses the confidence to influence senior leadership and founders.
  • Thrives in office-first, high-pace environments and is comfortable building operational structures from scratch in Camden 4-5 days a week.
