What you will do
- Manage end-to-end deal origination and execution processes within Caplight's pre-IPO marketplace.
- Develop compelling financial analysis and marketing materials for institutional clients and new leads.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Design to optimize marketplace reliability and workflows.
Who this is a fit for
- Possesses 1-2 years of experience in investment banking or sales and trading, ideally within the technology sector.
- Demonstrates exceptional ability to simplify complex financial problems and communicate them effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Is a proactive self-starter, capable of independently driving projects from conception to completion with minimal oversight.
