You will lead growth from 0→1, building a scalable engine from scratch for a category-defining fintech platform. Partnering directly with the founder, you will own the end-to-end strategy across product, distribution, and storytelling to turn early traction into a global movement that provides sustainable income for civil society.

EverGive is a charity-tech platform that invests donations and creates a forever income stream for charities, ensuring that the impact of giving lasts indefinitely. Donations are managed by an independent Donor-Advised Fund (DAF), which invests them (currently in Bitcoin) and makes ongoing discretionary grants to charities. The platform aims to help charities build long-term financial resilience by transforming one-time or monthly donations into sustainable, growing support. EverGive does not hold or control donations directly but provides the technology and fundraising tools that connect donors and charities, operating in compliance with UK fundraising regulations.

What you will do

  • Build a repeatable growth engine from scratch, focusing on systematic loops and viral mechanics rather than paid acquisition.
  • Shape the core product roadmap to embed distribution and referral hooks directly into the user experience.
  • Run fast, high-volume experiments to consolidate early product-market fit and double down on successful inbound channels.
