- Build a repeatable growth engine from scratch, focusing on systematic loops and viral mechanics rather than paid acquisition.
- Shape the core product roadmap to embed distribution and referral hooks directly into the user experience.
- Run fast, high-volume experiments to consolidate early product-market fit and double down on successful inbound channels.
