You will own the full-funnel acquisition strategy for a category-leading design documentation platform. As a senior individual contributor, you’ll drive pipeline by managing paid channels, SEO, and website optimization. You’ll bridge the gap between creative execution and data-driven analysis to scale a product used by elite teams like Uber and Shopify.

The platform enables teams to create, manage and share design systems to speed up workflows, stay consistent, and hand off with ease. Zeroheight syncs with design and dev tools to ensure content is always up-to-date and provides a single source of truth for design system components, styles, and product-related patterns.

What you will do

  • Execute full-funnel paid campaigns across LinkedIn and Google Ads, managing everything from creative direction and copywriting to budget optimization and pipeline measurement.
  • Lead organic visibility through SEO and emerging GEO (AI search) strategies, collaborating with developers to implement technical improvements and content roadmaps.
  • Own the website as a growth asset, managing the conversion rate optimization roadmap and leveraging HubSpot to build attribution frameworks that connect investment to revenue.
