Pineo is currently founder-led, so you’ll work directly with Will. That means close collaboration and clear direction, with minimal layers and a strong focus on delivery quality. What you will do
- Lead end-to-end CRM migrations from platforms like Salesforce and Pipedrive into HubSpot for diverse clients across SaaS and finance.
- Architect complex data models and manage cross-hub integrations with third-party billing, support, and marketing tools to ensure system synchronization.
- Serve as the primary technical consultant for clients, translating complex architectural decisions into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Who this is a fit for
- 3-5+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience with a proven track record of delivering complex, multi-hub CRM implementations and data migrations.
- Deep technical proficiency with data architecture, associations, and automation tools like Zapier or Make, preferably with HubSpot API or webhook knowledge.
