What you will do
- Execute daily Meta operations across multiple geographic markets, including campaign builds, audience strategy, bidding, and budget pacing.
- Collaborate with the Creative Lead to translate performance signals into winning briefs and run rigorous testing frameworks to scale winners.
- Establish a structured operating cadence for forecasting and reporting that provides leadership with clear, high-trust performance narratives and explicit decision rules.

- Has 5+ years of Meta-specific depth with proven experience personally operating accounts at £1M+/month spend for high-growth DTC consumer brands.
- Demonstrates mastery of platform mechanics, including CBO/ABO trade-offs, attribution nuances, signal loss, and the unique compliance challenges of healthcare advertising.
- Thrives in a high-intensity, "Day 1" startup culture, working 50+ hours weekly with a maniacal sense of urgency and relentless resourcefulness.
