What you will do
- Scale UK and global Google Ads while unlocking new high-volume channels like TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Build a repeatable creative machine by scripting and testing 20–30 new UGC and chef-led formats per month.
- Own the CRO roadmap by deploying weekly A/B tests on landing pages to improve value prop clarity and conversion.
Who this is a fit for
- Has 6+ years of hands-on experience scaling Google and Meta Ads for B2C marketplaces or local services.
- Demonstrates high technical rigor in tracking and attribution using GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio.
- Possesses a growth-hunter mindset with a proven track record of delivering 3-5x ROAS improvements at scale.
