Senior Project Manager at Padelsocial.club

As the first in-house Senior Project Manager, you will spearhead Padelsocial.club’s national rollout, transitioning delivery from external consultants to a centralized internal function. You will own the end-to-end construction lifecycle for multiple sites, managing everything from contractor procurement and planning permissions to the final fit-out of our unique social clubhouses.

• Lead the end-to-end execution of the national rollout program, managing sites from groundworks and foundation building to court installation and final clubhouse fit-out.
• Oversee multi-million-pound project budgets, including financial forecasting, procurement, and contract negotiation to ensure project profitability and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate diverse stakeholders including local planning authorities, landlords, and specialist contractors while ensuring strict adherence to CDM regulations and health and safety standards.

• Has 5-10 years of construction project management experience, specifically delivering multi-site programs in the leisure, sports, or public realm sectors.
• Holds a relevant degree or professional qualification (RICS, APM, or PMP) with deep knowledge of construction stages, contract management, and technical drawing interpretation.
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, possessing the commercial acumen to manage complex risks without the rigid infrastructure of a traditional corporate consultancy.

• Lead the internal delivery function as the first dedicated hire, building the project management framework and reporting processes from the ground up for a high-growth brand.
• Join a venture-backed company (Accelerate Ventures) during a critical expansion phase, with two live London venues and a massive national pipeline in progress.
• Work directly with the Founder/CEO and a board-level Development Director, gaining high-level visibility and the autonomy to shape the company’s physical footprint.
