You will sit at the intersection of clinical operations and AI design, building and refining the agents that automate patient recruitment for over 300 clinical trials. Working on-site in London, you’ll extract protocol data, craft patient-friendly screening logic, and perform high-stakes QA to ensure clinical accuracy for a product growing 25% month-on-month.

• Extract and refine inclusion/exclusion criteria from clinical protocols using Delfa’s AI workflows to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Design and test patient-facing voice and SMS agents, translating complex medical eligibility into clear, empathetic screening conversations.
• Conduct deep-dive QA on patient interactions and agent logic to identify edge cases and continuously improve operational reliability.

• Possesses strong clinical or scientific literacy, ideally with a background in life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or clinical research.
• Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail when reviewing dense operational documents and spotting inconsistencies in complex data.
• Is highly proficient with AI prompting and structured workflows, bringing an ownership mindset to a fast-paced seed-stage environment.
