What you'll do
What you will do
- Extract and refine inclusion/exclusion criteria from dense clinical protocols to build high-accuracy patient screening logic.
- Design and test end-to-end AI voice and SMS agents, translating clinical data into patient-friendly conversational workflows.
- Conduct deep-dive QA by sampling patient interactions to identify issues and implement manual patches or configuration updates.
