ROAM London Projects is a development, interiors and project management consultancy specialising in hospitality, residential and mixed-use projects. LP works across the full project lifecycle, from concept development and planning through to construction, procurement and opening. What you will do
- Own and manage the live construction programme, proactively tracking sequencing, logistics, and critical path risks to prevent delays.
- Chair weekly site coordination meetings and maintain daily oversight of principal contractors and fit-out subcontractors to ensure progress.
- Coordinate the RFI process and design changes between the site teams and architects, ensuring technical issues are resolved efficiently.
Who this is a fit for
- Has 2–6 years of hands-on construction delivery experience, ideally from a London residential contractor like JRL/Midgard, Sir Robert McAlpine, or Berkeley Group.
