Scope seeks an early-career Deployment Strategist to scale post-sales processes for our AI-native workflow platform. You'll manage and grow large enterprise accounts, translating customer needs into product roadmap features. This customer-facing role involves navigating complex organizations to close and expand 6-8 figure contracts, offering significant responsibility and uncapped upside potential.

What you will do

  • Run and build the post-sales process, scaling client accounts from hundreds to hundreds of thousands of reports.
  • Act as a primary customer-facing contact, translating client feature requests into product roadmap items.
  • Navigate large enterprises to close and expand high-value contracts, ranging from 6 to 8 figures.
