  • Executive Triage: Manage CEO inbox flow and complex calendars, proactively surfacing critical items and ensuring time allocation aligns with top strategic priorities.
  • Operational Execution: Lead the planning of company offsites, board meetings, and customer events while tracking follow-through on leadership commitments.
  • Workplace Leadership: Own day-to-day office operations and vendor relationships to maintain a high-functioning, welcoming, and organized environment for a hybrid team.

Who you are
