As the first community hire, you will bridge the gap between digital matches and real-world connections. You’ll lead campus networks, organize high-impact events in San Francisco, and manage founder-level outreach. This high-leverage role combines event production, strategic growth, and operations, using AI tools to automate workflows while focusing on the human elements of relationship-building.

What you will do

  • Scale the campus network by managing student clubs and executing cold outreach to expand the “Date Drop” platform to new universities across the country.
  • End-to-end event production for weekly San Francisco gatherings, including venue negotiation, marketing material creation, and on-site execution to ensure memorable experiences for attendees.
  • Conduct high-level LinkedIn and brand outreach on behalf of the founder to drive strategic partnerships, press coverage, and key recruiting initiatives.
