What you'll do

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end customer onboarding including KYC collection, compliance partner follow-ups, and running technical product activation calls
  • Maintain the CRM and report weekly on key metrics such as time-to-submission and time-to-approval to identify bottlenecks
  • Coordinate marketing logistics by shepherding content through compliance reviews and managing event administration for webinars and hackathons

Who you are

Who this is a fit for

  • 1–3 years of experience in high-detail roles such as paralegal, KYC analyst, or startup operations generalist
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to chase documents and manage complex pipelines without dropping balls
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills capable of explaining technical financial products warmly and clearly to customers
