Now we need to build the operational infrastructure to meet that demand, and once that foundation is in place, return to outbound and scale exponentially.
What you will do
- Own the end-to-end customer onboarding journey for university programs, managing logistics, setup, and communication to ensure successful implementation and account health.
- Design and implement scalable internal infrastructure, from CRM hygiene and pipeline accuracy to automated workflows using tools like Zapier, Notion, and Linear.
- Serve as the primary internal point of contact for customer follow-through, tracking all commitments to ensure no detail slips through the cracks during rapid growth.
