What you will do
- Manage the entire P&L and operational health of the restaurant, utilizing MarketMan for cost control and Toast POS for reporting.
- Direct and mentor front-of-house and back-of-house staff to maintain high standards of service and culinary excellence.
- Drive revenue growth and margin optimization through strategic planning and active hands-on management of daily service.
Who this is a fit for
- Minimum of 3 years as a General Manager in a full-service, high-end or upscale dining environment with proven leadership success.
- Demonstrated expertise in P&L management, financial reporting, and hospitality software such as MarketMan and Toast.
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with leadership, staff, and the vibrant Doral community.
