What you will do

  • Serve as a force multiplier to the CEO, leading special projects, hiring initiatives, and preparation for fundraising and board meetings.
  • Build and manage the company’s compliance and billing rails, including HIPAA, SOC 2, and Medicare/Medicaid enrollment processes.
  • Establish the revenue cycle management function, overseeing claims, denials, and collections while building out the company’s analytics and reporting frameworks.
