- Design and execute the company’s weekly and quarterly operating rhythms, ensuring commitments translate into consistent execution and team clarity.
- Build and automate end-to-end systems for recruiting pipelines, financial reporting, and revenue operations using tools like HubSpot and AI agents.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks by building trigger-based workflows that replace manual follow-ups and coordination overhead.
