As the CEO’s operational partner, you will build and own the company’s operating machine from scratch. You’ll leverage AI agents and intelligent automation to streamline business, people, and revenue operations. Your goal is to transform momentum into a scalable system that allows a lean, high-performing team to move with extreme clarity and velocity.

What you'll do

What you will do

  • Design and run the company’s weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating cadences to ensure consistent execution and clear follow-through across the entire organization.
  • Build and automate end-to-end systems for finance, revenue operations, and people operations, ensuring all internal data is decision-ready, accurate, and highly visible.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement trigger-based workflows using tools like HubSpot and Zapier to reduce coordination overhead and eliminate manual repetitive tasks.

  • Proven experience building operational infrastructure from scratch at a seed or Series A startup, ideally with a background as a founder or early employee.
