- Develop original, high-conviction investment theses in healthcare where AI-native businesses can create outsized outcomes and validate them through primary industry research.
- Source and attract exceptional founding talent, convincing them to partner with Redesign Health to transform differentiated concepts into venture-scale generational companies.
- Lead the Investment Committee process through rigorous co-ideation and diligence while serving as the primary interface and strategic partner to portfolio founders through launch.

- Brings 10+ years of experience in venture capital or early-stage company building with a proven track record of evaluating founders and making investment decisions.
