What you will do
- Manage day-to-day business operations including vendor contracts, invoice management, and supporting financial month-end processes alongside external accountants.
- Lead strategic projects such as SOC2 compliance implementation via Vanta, RevOps commission tracking, and preparation of R&D tax credit claims.
- Design and automate scalable internal processes for onboarding, supplier management, and knowledge sharing to eliminate friction as the team grows.
