What you will do
- Recruit, hire, and coach a local Austin field team of handymen and specialists, setting high performance standards for service consistency and trust.
- Build and manage a robust partner ecosystem of trade vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring accountability for quality, cost, and reliability standards.
- Own all local operational performance metrics, using data to optimize visit completion, on-time execution, and homeowner satisfaction while improving unit economics.

- 5+ years of experience in high-growth operations, marketplaces, or logistics, with a track record of managing operations through frontline managers.
- A systems-oriented thinker who can diagnose root causes and transform ambiguous field operations into predictable, repeatable, and scalable processes.
- Deep familiarity with the Austin market and geography, possessing a strong bias toward action and a willingness to be hands-on in the field.
