What you'll do
What you will do
- Design and own the company operating system including leadership cadences, KPI infrastructure, and execution review frameworks.
- Partner with Engineering and Data teams to build live operational intelligence systems using Looker, Redshift, and AI workflows.
- Identify and aggressively redirect misallocated resources across GTM and product teams to maintain extreme operational velocity.
