What you will do
- Build and automate the entire People stack by optimizing HRIS workflows, payroll integrations, and self-service tooling to minimize manual administrative burden.

- Partner with Finance and Exec teams to manage lightweight performance cycles, compensation benchmarking, and equity-linked incentive programs across diverse global regions.
