What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, and local payroll inputs for the Lithuania entity.
  • Act as a compliance lead for Lithuanian employment law, overseeing work permits for expats and maintaining legal document updates.
  • Optimize people analytics by maintaining HRIS data integrity and building automated dashboards to empower leadership decision-making.

Who this is a fit for

  • Has 2+ years of experience in People Operations or HR Generalist roles within fast-scaling international technology companies.
  • Possesses deep working knowledge of Lithuanian labor legislation, SODRA, and local payroll systems like BSS.
  • Demonstrates a tech-forward mindset with proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Google Sheets skills for data-driven storytelling.
