What you will do
- Lead a delivery team of 3-5 Implementation Managers, coaching them to ensure high-quality technology deployment and unblocking operational hurdles.
- Manage the end-to-end rollout of high-precision positioning systems, including scheduling, stakeholder management, and direct on-site training for rail workers.
- Act as the primary face of the program for major clients, reporting progress transparently and building trust with frontline staff and operations teams.
