- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software implementations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and with high client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate client requirements into scalable technical solutions and service improvements.
- Manage senior stakeholder relationships across the client portfolio to ensure long-term value realization and platform adoption.
