What you will do
- Lead the full experiment loop for activation, retention, and monetization, maintaining at least three live experiments at all times across onboarding and pricing surfaces.
- Perform deep-dive analytics using PostHog and HogQL to instrument funnels, conduct cohort analysis, and identify immediate revenue opportunities within the user journey.
- Write your own PRDs and in-product microcopy while partnering directly with engineering and co-founders to ship high-impact growth surfaces every single week.

- 4 to 8 years of experience as a Growth PM at a PLG SaaS or mobile gaming company with a proven track record of driving measurable ARR growth.
- Advanced technical data skills, including fluency in SQL and PostHog to extract insights and instrument funnels without needing an external data team.
