As the Founding Growth Product Manager at Viktor.com, you will own the end-to-end engine for activation, retention, and monetization. Reporting directly to the founders, you will instrument the funnel, run constant A/B experiments, and write the playbook for a product that is already the fastest-growing startup in the world.

What you will do

  • Lead the full experiment loop for activation, retention, and monetization, maintaining at least three live experiments at all times across onboarding and pricing surfaces.
  • Perform deep-dive analytics using PostHog and HogQL to instrument funnels, conduct cohort analysis, and identify immediate revenue opportunities within the user journey.
  • Write your own PRDs and in-product microcopy while partnering directly with engineering and co-founders to ship high-impact growth surfaces every single week.

Who this is a fit for

  • 4 to 8 years of experience as a Growth PM at a PLG SaaS or mobile gaming company with a proven track record of driving measurable ARR growth.
  • Advanced technical data skills, including fluency in SQL and PostHog to extract insights and instrument funnels without needing an external data team.
