Role overview

You will own the end-to-end transactional experience for a rapidly scaling digital pharmacy. This commercially-driven role focuses on optimizing conversion rates, site search, and merchandising strategies. Working cross-functionally, you will drive measurable revenue growth and enhance the user journey for millions of patients seeking accessible, high-quality healthcare solutions across the UK.

What you will do

  • Define and execute the roadmap for the transactional experience, including pricing testing, merchandising, and site search optimization.
  • Design and analyze complex multivariate experiments to reduce friction in consultation flows and medication reordering journeys.
  • Line manage the Clinical Product Manager and collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to foster a data-driven experimentation culture.

Who this is a fit for

  • Proven experience in Growth Product Management or eCommerce optimization with a track record of driving significant revenue and conversion improvements.
  • Deep technical proficiency in analytics and testing tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Optimizely to inform product decisions.
