What you will do
- Manage the engineering team’s week-to-week delivery rhythm, including ceremony facilitation, roadmap prioritization, and rigorous scope management to ensure predictable shipping.
- Triage and sequence high-volume inbound requests, separating critical bugs and customer needs from noise while grounding decisions in data and user feedback.
- Define and instrument key product metrics using tools like Mixpanel to interrogate user behavior and ensure the team can answer complex product questions independently.
