- Scope and lead end-to-end product development for new AI agent workstreams, taking products from initial concept to high-scale production launch.
- Partner deeply with customers across technical and executive levels to understand complex healthcare workflows and serve as a strategic advisor on AI strategy.
- Prioritize and translate nuanced customer needs into actionable engineering requirements for voice agents, chatbots, two-way texting, and automated document processing platforms.
