Role overview

As the first dedicated GTM hire, you will build the sales engine from zero to one. You will own the full sales cycle, targeting indie studios and major publishers to eliminate language barriers in gaming. By bridging the gap between developers and engineering, you'll directly influence the product roadmap for global game launches.

Loten Labs is building the AI infrastructure that allows any game to launch globally from Day 1. We provide automated, high-fidelity localization that erases language barriers, giving developers the power to reach every market simultaneously without the overhead.

What you will do

  • Execute the full sales cycle from cold outreach and prospecting to closing high-stakes deals with both indie studios and global game publishers.
  • Act as the primary bridge between the market and engineering, translating developer pain points into actionable feedback to shape the AI product roadmap.
  • Design and implement the company’s foundational go-to-market strategy, including pricing models, outreach sequences, and sales operations processes.
