As the founding Account Executive at Prior Labs GmbH, you will drive commercial adoption of state-of-the-art foundation models for structured data. Working alongside researchers from DeepMind and Amazon, you’ll own the full sales cycle from outbound discovery to closing, while building the foundational sales playbook for all future commercial hires at the firm.

Prior Labs builds multimodal tabular foundation models (TFMs), starting with TabPFN, designed to understand tables natively and perform statistical reasoning directly from data. The company says its broader vision is to create agentic AI systems that can understand high-level goals, combine tables, language, and images, reason across modalities, integrate domain knowledge, infer causality, and adapt dynamically.

What you will do

  • Drive the end-to-end sales cycle for enterprise and mid-market accounts, focusing on technical outreach and discovery with data scientists and ML engineers.
  • Execute high-velocity outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and technical communities to build a robust pipeline and identify high-potential opportunities from scratch.
  • Develop the company’s first sales playbook, including qualification criteria, demo structures, and objection handling strategies that will define the firm’s future commercial scaling.

Who this is a fit for

  • 3+ years of experience in a full-cycle AE role at a data infrastructure, ML tooling, developer tools, or deep tech company.
  • Proven track record of closing complex enterprise and mid-market deals with technical buyers, specifically data scientists, ML engineers, or engineering leadership.
  • Strong technical literacy with the ability to hold credible, deep-dive conversations about machine learning workflows and foundation models with expert-level technical teams.
