Role overview

As an early Account Executive at GeneralMind, you will own the full sales cycle for complex enterprise operations automation. Selling directly to C-suite and VP-level stakeholders, you will drive €50-100k deals while helping define the company’s go-to-market playbook. You’ll leverage cutting-edge AI tools to transform how global enterprises manage supply chains and procurement workflows.

GeneralMind is a Berlin-founded AI company building an autonomous ‘AI System of Action’ that automates repetitive operational workflows across enterprise systems like ERPs, email, spreadsheets, and internal tools. It handles unstructured coordination, supply chain automation, aligns timelines and ETAs, and executes tasks end-to-end with human supervision, targeting mid-sized and large enterprises in industry, commerce, and logistics.

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from initial pitch to closing, targeting mid-to-large enterprises including MDAX and NASDAQ-listed clients.
  • Partner directly with founders and product teams to translate complex AI value propositions into clear business outcomes for COOs and Supply Chain leaders.
  • Build and iterate on the internal sales playbook, contributing to the foundational go-to-market strategy for a rapidly evolving AI product.
