What you will do
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle for the Italian market, including outbound prospecting, conducting technical demos, and managing complex commercial negotiations.
- Partner with the Head of Sales to adapt the GTM playbook for Italy, providing local market insights and representing Bonx at key industry events.
- Manage and mentor a team of SDRs to improve pipeline quality while consistently delivering against quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Who this is a fit for
- At least 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of hitting quotas in mid-market or enterprise sales cycles.
- Native-level Italian fluency and professional English proficiency are mandatory for managing stakeholders across operations, IT, and production.
- Highly disciplined with CRM management and data orientation, possessing a hands-on attitude suitable for a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
