What you will do
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle in Germany, from outbound prospecting and lead qualification to closing high-value enterprise deals.
- Build a repeatable revenue engine by defining sales processes, KPIs, and forecasting frameworks for the German market.
- Partner directly with the founders and product team to refine the value proposition based on real-world market feedback.
Who this is a fit for
- Possesses 4–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales, with a track record of closing mid-market deals.
- Demonstrates full-cycle sales mastery and the ability to build a proprietary pipeline from scratch in an early-stage environment.
