You will own the end-to-end customer lifecycle for a portfolio of high-growth B2B clients, including unicorns like Clari and Chili Piper. By acting as a strategic consultant, you'll help senior commercial leaders programmatically map their markets and integrate sophisticated data sets into their tech stacks to drive revenue growth.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of 20-30 strategic accounts from onboarding and dataset configuration through to monthly business reviews and renewals.
  • Consult with clients to integrate complex data into CRMs like Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring their GTM motions are data-informed and efficient.
  • Partner directly with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence the future roadmap of the intelligence platform.

Who this is a fit for

  • 1-3 years of Account Management or Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with additional exposure to BDR or AE sales functions.
  • Strong technical curiosity with an interest in GTM tooling like Clay, Salesloft, or data warehouses like Snowflake to solve complex client problems.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex buying committees and build relationships with senior commercial stakeholders at fast-growing technology companies.
