What you will do

  • Conduct structured discovery with CCIOs and finance directors to understand clinical and operational needs while designing successful pilot programs.
  • Navigate complex NHS procurement processes including tenders, business cases, and trust approvals to move opportunities from warm lead to contract.
  • Maintain full pipeline visibility in HubSpot and provide critical feedback to Product and Marketing teams based on hospital stakeholder objections and needs.

Who this is a fit for

  • 3-5 years of enterprise sales experience within healthtech or digital health, demonstrating a track record of closing deals in complex environments.
  • Skilled at stakeholder management with the ability to confidently present technical and clinical value propositions to executive-level NHS leadership.
