Role overview

As a ground-floor hire in Dallas-Fort Worth, you will drive Authsignal Ltd’s North American expansion through aggressive outbound sales. Reporting to the VP of Revenue and Growth, you will own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to closing five- and six-figure deals, educating the market on next-generation authentication solutions like passkeys and biometrics.

Authsignal is a drop-in digital identity authentication platform that provides passkeys, passwordless authentication (MFA), adaptive MFA, biometric authentication, eKYC, and step-up authentication as a service. It enables enterprise and mid-market businesses to seamlessly authenticate customer identity, mitigate fraud, secure data, and integrate with existing identity stacks via APIs, OIDC, and no-code rules engine for risk-based flows. Customers include financial institutions, healthcare providers, fintech, insurance, and global brands across multiple countries.

What you will do

  • Execute a high-volume outbound strategy including cold calling and LinkedIn prospecting to build a robust pipeline from the ground up.
  • Navigate complex 3–12 month sales cycles to close five- and six-figure deals within the mid-market and enterprise segments.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert at industry trade shows and conferences to evangelize Authsignal Ltd’s passwordless authentication solutions.

Who this is a fit for

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales or business development with a proven track record of managing and closing 5- to 6-figure deals.
  • Deep understanding of customer identity, cybersecurity, or fintech, preferably with existing relationships in the Texas banking or payments ecosystem.
  • Highly motivated "hunter" who thrives in autonomous environments and is comfortable traveling 15-30% to engage with senior-level decision-makers.
