What you will do
- Build the BDR playbook from scratch, including outbound sequences, scripts, and rigorous qualification frameworks for technical buyers.
- Set up and own the sales toolstack, managing CRM configurations in HubSpot to track pipeline performance and lead routing.
- Partner with Marketing to optimize MQL-to-SQL conversion while running personalized outbound campaigns into target enterprise accounts.
