You will own the entire lifecycle of inbound conversion and outbound prospecting, building the playbook that scales our reach to engineering leaders. What you'll do

What you will do

  • Architect the complete BDR playbook including sequences, qualification frameworks, and HubSpot CRM lead routing
  • Convert MQLs to SQLs through rigorous qualification while running highly personalized outbound campaigns to VPs of Engineering
  • Establish a tight feedback loop with marketing to optimize lead quality and influence the product's market resonance

Who you are

Who this is a fit for

  • 3+ years of BDR experience with a proven track record of building or significantly rebuilding sales processes
  • Technical literacy and the ability to communicate credibly with SREs, DevOps engineers, and technical leadership
  • Expert-level proficiency in CRM configuration and growth automation tools to drive repeatable, scalable pipeline growth
