What you will do

  • Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting strategies, including cold calling, personalized emailing, and social selling, to secure meetings with C-suite and Director-level retail executives.
  • Conduct high-level discovery calls to qualify prospects, evaluate their support automation needs, and articulate how DigitalGenius solves complex customer experience challenges.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to manage a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring meticulous CRM hygiene and consistent conversion of opportunities into qualified leads.
