Chief of Staff - Commercial at Tuza

This high-impact execution role places you at the intersection of product, operations, and sales. You will embed with global financial institutions to replace manual, governance-heavy banking processes with AI-native automation. As the tip of the spear, you'll drive deployments from discovery to live, ensuring major banks move at startup speed.

• Embed within bank operations to map complex manual processes across risk, onboarding, and pricing into structured workflow designs.
• Configure and deploy AI agents and workflows using the proprietary operating system to automate heavy compliance and administrative burdens.
• Lead commercial execution by running deployment sprints, managing senior bank stakeholders, and defining impact metrics for live implementations.

• 2-6 years of experience in high-pressure environments such as MBB consulting, private equity, or a VC-backed scale-up.
• Exceptional systems thinker capable of translating messy, real-world banking policies into clean, atomic technical requirements and workflow configurations.
• Personable, action-oriented operator who prefers shipping and iterative problem-solving over creating static slide decks or theoretical strategy documents.
