What you will do
- Own the “Scale Pod” of 600+ independent coaching businesses, driving retention, engagement, and annual plan conversion while identifying high-potential expansion and Custom App opportunities.
- Operationalize strategic partnerships post-signup by running activation sessions, workshops, and coffee mornings with PTs to turn partner cohorts into active acquisition and growth engines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Leadership to build scalable playbooks, improve lifecycle automation, and feed commercial insights into the product roadmap.
