Role overview

As a Commercial Associate, you will spearhead the growth of Lottie’s SMB and independent segment. You will own the full 360-degree sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to closing deals with care providers. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role where you will build a brand-new revenue channel for an award-winning startup.

Lottie is a free online marketplace that connects care seekers and retirees to UK care homes, home care services, and retirement living communities. It provides transparency on pricing and availability, access to over 4,000 vetted providers, and tools like Found for care providers to manage operations. Founded in 2021 by Will and Chris Donnelly, the London-based company blends technology and expert support to simplify finding and funding later life care.

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for care home and home care operators, conducting discovery calls and product demos.
  • Build a scalable outbound engine using LinkedIn, email, and events to generate a consistent pipeline of independent care providers.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to provide market insights and influence the development of the Found platform.
